Commendation!

Today, i got an award from the office for a job well done! (I guess, haha!)

I received a call from a very frustrated customer because he was trying to resolved his issue for a week and according to him he was delighted because i helped him and patiently walked him through the troubleshooting steps. 

Our Operations Manager, recognized me for delivering high Quality service. 

So as a token of appreciation they gave a Thank Q Certificate and a can of Pringles! 

Wow! Looking forward for another commendation for freebies.
